Cancellations by the student
More than 14 days before the course start date: full refund.
7–14 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the course start date: no refund.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and are only valid upon confirmation of receipt by Linguages.
Missed sessions
Individual missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Where possible, Linguages will provide a summary of the missed session.
Cancellations by Linguages
If Linguages cancels the course (e.g. insufficient enrolments), participants will receive a full refund. Linguages reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
