Linguages Terms & Conditions:
Linguages warrants and undertakes that all services provided by the Language Services Supplier (Linguages) will be provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with normal industry standards and with Linguages’ established monitoring procedures and by appropriately qualified personnel.

Fees & Payment:
All fees are paid in advance. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal for all courses and services organised by Linguages, online or in person.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a single lesson, online or in person, you must give Linguages notice 24 hours in advance, by email or other electronic communication, and receipt of this communication must be confirmed by Linguages. Failure to do so will lead to the charging for this lesson. Linguages will make all reasonable effort to reschedule.

Linguages Privacy Policy:
We understand that privacy online is important to our Clients, especially when conducting business. We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Clients. We collect the following additional information from our Clients: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of our Clients, including the nature and size of their businesses.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by Linguages is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or other employees of Linguages who are not directly involved in the provision of services to that Client, or without the Client’s express permission.

We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, are protected by encryption protocols, in order to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and unauthorised external access, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Clients for any such occurrences.

The contents of our pages were created with great care. For the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of content, we can not take any responsibility.
